Meyer Lemon Infused Elderflower Liqueur
- Using a channel knife, zest strips from the lemons. Place into the bottle of elderflower liqueur.
- Infuse for one week before using.
- Measure ingredients into a mixing glass, cap and dry shake for 8 seconds.
- Then add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Float dehydrated lemon slice on top.
