Meyer Lemon Infused Elderflower Liqueur ingredients

  • 2 Sunkist® Meyer lemons' Zest
  • 1 bottle elderflower liqueur

Cocktail ingredients

  • 1 ounce rum
  • 1 ounce Meyer Lemon Infused Elderflower Liqueur (above recipe)
  • 0.75 ounce freshly-squeezed Sunkist Meyer lemon juice
  • 0.25 ounce agave syrup (purchased or made with 1 part agave and 1 part water)
  • 1 ounce pasteurized egg white, or organic egg white
  • Dehydrated Sunkist Meyer lemon slice, for garnish

Meyer Lemon Infused Elderflower Liqueur


  1. Using a channel knife, zest strips from the lemons. Place into the bottle of elderflower liqueur.
  2. Infuse for one week before using.



  1. Measure ingredients into a mixing glass, cap and dry shake for 8 seconds.
  2. Then add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a martini glass.
  4. Float dehydrated lemon slice on top.
