Lemon Strawberry Silver Gin Fizz ingredients

  • 0.75 cup sliced strawberries
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup gin (or substitute vodka)
  • 6 tablespoons freshly-squeezed Sunkist® lemon juice
  • 2 ounces organic egg whites (or pasteurized egg whites)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 0.25 cup soda water, chilled
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish
  • Sunkist lemon peel twists, for garnish

Lemon Strawberry Silver Gin Fizz


  1. In a large glass measuring cup combine the strawberries and the powdered sugar.
  2. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine the macerated strawberries, gin, lemon juice, egg whites and ice in a high powered blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and all ice has been blended in.
  5. Add soda water to blender.
  6. Divide fizz between chilled glasses.
  7. Garnish with strawberries and lemon twists.
